I was so disappointed with this product. The wand leaks from multiple points- even after using the provided tape to seal, trying to reassemble, and eliminate user error as much as possible. I tried to use it despite the leaks and ended up soaking wet. Luckily, I wasn't spraying anything that could have caused any bodily harm. My boyfriend also purchased this unit and he also has found the wand leaking and unable to prevent the leaks. I was grateful for the Vevor customer service. This is the first item I've purchased that has been a disappointment and Vevor was very quick to support.

I had bought this item the attaching hose that came with it was defective had no threads on one end I emailed them 25 times to get the same answer how can we help you how can we help you 25 times I try to reach out to them and only by email by the way no telephone numbers I would not do business with this company they will never take care of your issue

I bought this sprayer and arrived with a sprayer handle that has the wrong size thread on the hose side. They did give me a discount to keep it but I am still unable to use as I can’t find an adapter.

This is the second sprayer as the first had a leak and replaced under warranty. However the second one they sent leaks exactly in the same spot. It leaks at the strap mount on the tank just like the first one. Clearly this is an issue if two of them do the same thing. I'm not even going to bother with warranty again. Waste of money.

Purchased a 4 gallon backpack sprayer. When it arrived, I checked everything, and found that it didn't have slots for the straps to go through. I contacted the company, and asked for a replacement, due to mine not being right. Instead of trying to resolve the issue immediately, I was given the run around for 3 weeks! They offered me $25 to keep the defective product. I told them, " why would I essentially pay $75 for a defective product. I told them that I wanted a full refund! They sent me a return slip, and in their final message, told me to "Have a nice life!". Sarcasm,on top of being inept at your job, does not make for a successful company! I guess the Chinese forgot to teach them that during orientation.

sprayer was stolen out of my box NOTRACKING

I'm completely garbage accessory bit broken on the first day

Leaking day one at the plastic seam. Chemical burns on my back because of this and the company won’t answer my requests to return it or to exchange it even though I have only owned it for 1.5 weeks now…

Ive had nothing but problems since ive got it and havent got to use it. Bought a warranty to cover it and they keep trying to give me money back instead of what i ordered and paid for. Id run from this product

Ordered this around Christmas time so I could be ready for the summer. When I opened the box in June. There was no wand, or hoses in the box. Sprayer is just sitting in the back of the garage unable to be used.
