Stay way from this product, am in the process of sending it back. No Instruction-Absolutely no instruction, how to put them together....reached out to customer service......chat response....we have marked your message urgent, somebody will get back to you........nobody ever got back The dry stone broken in shipment---------reached out to customer service......chat response....we have marked your message urgent, somebody will get back to you........nobody ever got back............... Need item returned......just now reached out to customer service......chat response....we have forwarded message to the team, somebody will get back in 1-2 days....... Since the dry stone was broken I thought I would check out the wet stone, guess what, that's the wrong stone, its too big to fit into the compartment, guess they shipped the wrong stones.............I didnt even report this, because their customer support is a joke with no help what so ever, hence decided to return. STAY AWAY for your own sanity.....for those who already got this machine try the wet stone to make sure it fits / works Am attaching two pictures, the broken dry stone and the one that the compartment wont close with the wet stone as its too big.

I tried to order the 12 awg 80 foot cord reel but recieved the 14 awg 50 foot instead. When I contacted someone about it they said someone would send an email within 24 hours with instructions to return. That was over a month ago and I'm still waiting. VERY, VERY, DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

After a few uses the neutral broke somewhere inside the cord. No longer works

It quit working already. Plug lights up but no power.

This retractable extension cord was great until it completely failed during a heavy work day. Not acceptable!!

Cette hiver veut pas entrer sa corde ca mène un vacarme dedans pas trop content achat

Don’t know anything about this product. I wanted to but I never saw it. They claimed it was delivered, maybe to someone else but not my house.I like their products but a lot of money down the drain for Nothing…. I marked a good review on my imagination..

I’d love to review this product however it never showed up and it took 3 weeks to get vevor to do anything about it. Finally got a refund and I will never buy from vevor again.

terrible product. I contacted Vevor multiple times with no resolution. The breaker keeps popping off even with the littlest power draw. Do not waste your money on this. Harbor Freight has a better product and better customer service
