mihigh07 Item was used and broken and missing accessories. Service not getting back to me.
Arrived missing all accessories and housing was cracked. I contacted support about a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. So, I started a live chat about it and the agent just said they would get back to me by email and then completly stopped responding when I asked about the timeframe to respond because website said 48 hour response time but it's been a week. In the same order, I had another item (air hose) that arrived missing parts and was clearly used. Another item in the shipment (stainless rolling table) arrive with a legs dented and would not fit in leg holes until I worked on it and fixed it. Seems like they are shipping returned items without checking their condition or accessories.

I use it in my garage. I have it hanging from the ceiling but it never fully retracts back in. There's always about 10 ft left out

Ou un super rabais pour garder les 4 NAE-B10 parce que mon conjoint commence a avoir hâte de pourvoir les installer même s'ils sont de qualité moindre.
