This item leaks. Not just from the outlet hose. I used silicone tape and tightened it up a bunch and now it is a dripping leak rather than a spray in 3 directions including into my face. The sprayer connection to the hose also leaks, less disturbing but inefficient use of chemicals. But the really difficult leak is the one out of the back of the unit at the left hand side, the power switch and power control knob. I see nothing to tighten or mess with to control that leak. Drips on my back and down my butt and left leg. Weed killer on my skin and clothes. 20 minutes of spraying and then a shower and wash the clothes. really? I have sent this complain to customer service and now I have to get someone to video me and the damn thing dripping. As if they do not understand the problem Very disappointing.

Hello, we ordered and used this backpack sprayer once in April of 2026 and it worked well. Now, however, it will not charge when plugged in. The yellow light flashed briefly but then nothing. It will not charge. Will vevor get back to me after I have tried to contact them multiple times via email and through their website support ticket? What does vevor recommend and will they send a replacement?

Immediately leaked from a cracked handle.

I purchased it it come in the Hardware the strap it to the top wasn’t with it. The O-ring for the sprayer wasn’t with it and it poured all over me trying to get in touch to the company and very difficult to get through to them. I wish that somebody with this company would email or call me back. Back was gonna order another one for another house of mine, but after this, and it’s so hard to get through to somebody without a contact number I really don’t like this product now.

Since day-one, not able to use. It leaks at the Tank & Hose Connection. Please help.

absolutely a low quality product. didnt even last for a week before having issues. had to hard wite the on off button myself since there is a lavk of customer service. Have bought several products from this company and none are as bad as the backpack sprayer. not sure if I will be ordering any more products from them

where is my sprayer. I know its a holiday but no one is at the address to receive it. I would like to know where it is at. the address is my work place not my house

Picked up this sprayer as it was recommended by a family member who has one. Unfortunately the one I received had 3 plus leaks after following instructions and using the teflon tape as directed. The most concerning was the leak in the pump. I removed the cover to expose the pump and internal connections to discover the pump had only two of the 4 screws installed with the other 2 loose in the bottom of the pump compartment. After tightening all connections and putting it back together the pump continued to leak as well as the wand valve. This is not a safe sprayer to use with chemicals especially as would leak onto the clothes of the user.
