The backpack sprayer is good but the only and main issue is the poor quality of the trigger on the wand. It doesn't stop the spray once you let go of the trigger.

I got mine and while nozzle was damaged they refunded partially and i kept unit, new nozzle and it works great so all around good product and customer service

It works as expected

, lid WITH HANDLE, can not hold the weight of a full tank. I picked it up by the lid handle to put my back straps on and the lid popped off, causing the full tank and harmful chemicals to crash and splash all over me. after showering and getting clean, I rescrewed the lid on and attempted to pick it up again, sure enough the lid almost "strips" and pops right off the top. im hoping when it hit the ground it did not brake the sprayer. When it comes to spraying, it actually does a great job. Just never attempt to lift a full tank by the lid handle.

We use the backpacks to fight fire. We are a rangeland fire fighting association. The volunteers are happy with this unit. One of the guys say when you first start out full of water it is heavy going up the steep hills. We are happy with them.

Great sprayer great price

It is a nice little unit, after unpacking it and upon hooking up the spray hose, I noticed the outside fitting was loose, so I got a second wrench to hold the nut and tightened the hose. After filling with water and turning on the pump, the pressure switch would not shutoff the pump motor. When spraying I noticed water coming from the bottom of the unit. I had to remove the back plate and tighten the fittings to stop the leak. I haven't mixed anything yet, will try that tomorrow and see how it goes. So far after I put it all back together, there is no leak now. The nut on the inside is left-handed and just needs to be held in place while you tighten the nut from the outside.

Works great! Could use more padding on the straps. Other then that its works great!

Good product. Mounting threads and seals for the spray lance and accessories are poorly designed. Otherwise the unit functions well.

So far so good. Seems to be a quality product. No other brand compares to the price for the adjustable pressure control.
