Used it once and then something went wrong with the power supply. Says it has charge, but won't turn on. Piece of junk.

Spray handle leaks from every orifice. Support help not helpful.

Bought 3 of these to help spray a water-based sealer on to a concrete bridge deck. We tested them at the shop and seemed to work well for testing purposes. On the night of the job, all 3 sprayers started leaking at the connections. The threads do not self tighten and it doesn't matter how much thread tape we put on it, we couldn't get any of them to seal. We threw them in the truck and used our backup Chapin 24v sprayer (discontinued) and it sprayed 2x the volume at a much more controllable rate. Day after the job we stripped down all 3 sprayers and took the parts - batteries, switches and pumps etc - for future projects. Do not buy these. Spend the money and get something of high quality.

Not good!!! Sprayer came in out of the box with a hole in the tank. Contacted customer service and that was a disaster. Took me almost two weeks to get my full refund after going round & round with them. Only wanted to give me a portion of my refund back at first. Eventually they agreed to send me another sprayer. Well when the so called sprayer came in it wasn't even a sprayer. They sent me a roll of welded wire instead. Talk about a joke. After that fiasco they agreed to refund me my full amount. Vevor really disappointed me!!!!

Not happy leaks from the bottom and the hose is to short in my opinion. Only used it once .

Opened box and the mesh filter had a nozzle poking through it. Contacted Co. and finally told one would be shipped, have never received it. First use the plastic wand was split and leaked. Safe to say cheaply made zero customers service. I would avoid and spend a little more money and get a quality product.

I haven't had a chance to use it as the lid was broken upon arrival. I am still waiting on the replacement lid. They are providing a weekly update saying it will be coming but after several weeks still no replacement

After purchasing many of these units, and I mean many. I need customer service to fix a problem with the pump/regulator,, they just give me a run around, asked for a refund and send it back to Vevor,,,no we will send u a new pump...I said no its not my reasonability to change a pump out,,,,, they come back and say we will offer u 20 bucks and problem solved,, i said are you Kidding me..... There MOTTO is HASSEL FREE RETURNS!!!!
