He recibido el torno y el embalaje estaba golpeado por un taco de madera de soporte, estando incrustado dentro de la caja y habiendo golpeado al torno. La carcasa que envuelve la placa electrónica estaba golpeada por el taco y suelta. La caja con mos accesorios también esta golpeada. El torno no funciona

Este ultimo modelo fue una segunda compra de un torno no recibido, devuelto desde Madrid a Origen, sin saber porqué, solicité explicaciones y no las recibi, y cuando pido el mismo material, ya no viene con Proyector de luz ni Cuchillas. Nadie me ha explicado porqué. Ahora, pido precio para 10 unidades del mismo modelo, y no se me ha respondido. He tenido mucho mejor trato con otros vendedores para material similar.

Nice little unit for hobbies. Options for cutting tools and end stock tools would have been nice but can purchase separately online.

Overall it is a really nice machine, however; it does not come with the 10 mm bolts to fasten the bottom tray.

I needed a small lathe for my shop. The shipping was faster then i expected, And box it came in was well made to protect it, It was very easy to setup and once together there was very few things that needed to be adjusted, I have never used a lathe so learning as I go, There are lots of video's out there that help. Over all i am really happy with it, I now need to get a small vertical mill. I will be looking at what Vevor has and will wait till i see the one i want go on sale, I added a pic as i'm still setting up my little metal shop.

I bought this metal lathe after a lot of online research and reviews. It's a hobby machine for me and works well for that purpose. I've never machined metal before but I wanted to add to my wood-working hobby by playing around with shaped and polished, brass and aluminum. I am not machining to any precision, just shaping ornamental pieces and components. The ordering, communications and delivery from Vevor exceeded my expectations. The well-made crate was delivered on time and professionally. Everything that was ordered was in the crate and undamaged. Communications from Vevor was excellent. The machine itself met my expectations. It needed a lot of setting up and tuning. Things like disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, oiling, alignment and tightening of slides and gibs. All this was expected - it was a good experience to learn how the machine works. I was turning brass and aluminum in less than 2 days. Although the tool holder and brazed carbide cutting tools worked, my first purchase after the lathe was a Quick Change Tool Post and indexable carbide tools set. NOTE: the correct size for the QCTP is OXA and the tools themselves are 3/8 inch. I built a custom bench with tool storage for the lathe, the week after receiving it.

It's a good starting point to learn on, everything is fairly basic, but extras can be purchased on Amazon that fit this machine. The blades provided, are terrible so the first thing you want to do is buy yourself a nice replaceable carbide blade/tool
