The wire wouldn’t stay in place. The cutting wheel was off center of the drive wheels. It’s cheaply made. The gear where the handle attaches broke. Lasted 3 days.

I don’t mind the machine. When he it got here it had so so many issues. Maybe it got dropped in transit or something. But we I tried to get it resolved I sent pictures in and videos in and they kept saying “we can’t see a problem with it”. The whole thing was out of balance, it made a horrible grinding noise when turned on and an even worse one when I ran wire through it. And the instructions are awful when it comes to tuning or fixing anything on it. But since the company seemed inclined to be as little help as possible I took it in my own hands. I tore the whole thing apart, I found tons gunk and corrosion in the rotating part of the machine that was not allowing it to rotate properly, I don’t know if the machine was a used one or if it had just sat for a long time. And then I pulled the motor apart because it was clicking super super bad and found a loose piece of metal in it. Honestly could find where it went but seemed like a scrap piece that had accidentally but dropped in there prior to closing the machine up. I also found problems in there. The motor had tons of loose components and was falling apart it seemed. Everything was loose and on the verge of falling apart. Fortunately I got everything cleaned up and it put back together. And it runs like a champ now. I’ve done thousands of feet and the machine still purrs nicely. But not worth the 8+ hours to fix it

me suis servis de cette machine 2 heures résultat , les gaines sautent souvent si elle s'enroulent pas dans le rouleau et au niveau du moteur au bout d'un moment j'ai eu un bruit fort c'etait le cache supérieur de l'hélice qui frottait du coup le moteur a chauffé et ca a cramé l'hélice en plastique sur le haut pour un produit a ce prix la je recommande pas et recommanderait plus chez eux vu leurs sav tres insatisfaisant

Konnte das Gerät nie verwenden weil es zerbrochen ankam. Der Service wollte mir ein Ersatzteil schicken das aber verschwunden wäre also komplett unfähig, wollten mir dann einen Gutschein von 75 € schicken. Das Gerät kostet 260 €. Sie tauschen absolut nicht s aus. Völlig unkobetent.

Arrived broken during shipping. I bought the coverage to cover damage in transit. That did jack all for me. They never got back to me about my return inquiry. Don't buy it from here. It's a great stripper that many of my fellow electricians use. Direct from vevors site is a waste of time and money.

La máquina funciona con cable grueso, pero el problema real aparece con cable fino flexible doméstico de 1,5 mm, precisamente uno de los diámetros que ustedes anuncian como compatibles. El cable se desplaza lateralmente antes de llegar a los rodillos y la cuchilla no queda centrada. El problema no es el motor ni la cuchilla, sino claramente el sistema de guiado previo. He visto que otros usuarios tienen exactamente el mismo problema. Si una máquina anuncia compatibilidad desde 1,5 mm, debería incluir un sistema de guiado eficaz para mantener el cable centrado antes de los rodillos, especialmente en cable fino flexible real y no solo en cable rígido de demostración. He contactado por soporte y WhatsApp y sigo esperando una explicación clara sobre: * posición correcta de la guía * posible pieza adicional * o solución oficial para cable fino flexible.

My product is not performing properly and I'm still waiting for a refund and a timely response .

I sent a video of the stripper not coming on it tried to for a micro second and cut out your response has been so disappointing. I mean I got one message asking me to check if the stop button came away???? I'm an electrician I've checked it all without actually opening up the machine as I don't want to be blamed on breaking a warranty

Dont waest your money

Machine de merde , les roulettes de coupe et les guides ne sont pas bien aligné les coupes se font donc mal et le dénudage est donc très compliqué et long , pour le prix je suis vraiment très déçu. J'ai signalé le problème a ce site vendeur sans raiponce. Je suis énervé ,n'achète pas cette machine vous jeté votre argent à la poubelle.
