This is absolutely THE worst product AND the worst company I have ever dealt with! The ice machine is pure crap and when I submitted my complaint and asked for a refund, no one has done anything. I received emails that said my refund was being processed, I received emails that asked for pictures (which I sent twice), I received emails that asked me to reply to a different email address and when I did, it bounced back. This company is fraudulent and everything they do is a complete scam..
