Got the ice machine installed and it broke within a week. The drainage pipe leaked onto the motherboard and fried it. I sent a support message to get told that I had to repair it, but the part was out of stock. Waited another 2 weeks for the new motherboard which just arrived broken. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY

I have emailed them. It will not suck water in so it won’t make ice unless you pour it in the little white Trey and no one has responded.

Vevor is not honest with their product. They referenced it works with bottled water, this is not true as their customer support is well aware of. The unit is garbage and cannot be installed. Does not work. And Vevor has not provided any assistance. If you need an ice maker buy elsewhere

I purchased this ice machine for our home. When I received it I set it up according to the book. The machine would come on and run but not cool. I went through every step in the book and still the water doesn't even begin to cool. That's the good part of the story. I mean I get it sometime electronic things don't work. Im fine with that. Just send me one that does. So I contacted vevor that night through their little AI chat, wich is a complete joke! It took one week to get a response out of the vevor support team. They wanted me to hire a repairman to fix it! Absolutely not! Im not hiring a repairman to fix a brand new ice machine that was dead on arrival. So now I've filed a dispute through pay pal and have not got a resolution yet. Long story short DO NOT ORDER THROUGH VEVOR!

I have a non working ice machine. I have emailed back and forth with support over the past week plus. New ice machine is not working. Why won’t you send a replacement and take this one back? Support Wanted me to open unit up and check fan and refrigerant charge? Why would someone suggest that on a new machine ?
