Bily Stopped working in less than 6 months
Lasted less than 5 months. After 4 months, it started making a really loud noise and then within 2-3 weeks, it stopped working completely. I would not recommend. Vevor customer service has given me the runaround for the last 4 weeks. They have provided no resolution yet.

DT Do not buy!
Worked great for 6 months then stopped. They asked me to take apart and send pics, then said they don't have parts to send for me to fix. Went round and round with these people for a cpl months. Took 80 emails and 15 chat sessions to get a partial refund.

Brian Do NOT buy!! Fire hazard
I purchased one and it didn’t last a year this is the second one that caught fire. This time it burned the outdoor shed down. Do NOT buy it could catch fire and cause more damage than it’s worth and Vevor will not refund the money they offered 20.00 as a refund and it’s not made it to 12 months yet.

Will not stay running. The pump makes a back fire sound and only runs when it wants to. I have not be happy

I never received item. I did submit ticket and ended up with a full refund. They never figured out what happened "with shipping." This was unfortunately first item I attempted to purchase from company. Other that the refund was easy, I may not have fish in my pond come spring. Would not order a much needed item from this company.
