The concept for this greenhouse was good, however it was poorly executed. Plastic connecting members wouldn't fit into mating aluminum parts without removing some material first. Polycarbonate panels are not wide enough and the resulting side-play allows them to easily fall out of the channels that hold them, requiring tape to keep them in place. Screw holes don't line up on some pieces, and are missing altogether on others. The roof vent-window doesn't close or even seat properly unless forced. structural members aren't long enough or constructed properly and do not provide necessary support on roof vent-window frame. Vevor ended-up refunded me half of the cost of the greenhouse and I made modifications to make it work. I have 40 years experience in manufacturing, specializing in product design for assembly. This product isn't worth the cost and trouble and should be avoided.

The initial shipment box was very torn with a lot of tape, pieces where bent, it took several emails for you to reship. Initially was offered a very small amount of money. Insulting.

The box arrived with some damage. A few pieces were bent but not to the point of needing replaced. The directions are horrible. 100% pictures that leave out several details. Some pieces you can not determine which directions they should go until you are a few steps down the road and have to back up to fix. Parts were mislabeled and some of the paneling was not cut square which makes it difficult to get everything to line up. For the price it might be worth the hassle that is still to be determined.

A few pieces needed were missing and the instructions could be more clear. Certainly instructions on bolts did not make sense and we had to improvise. The greenhouse overall is light and seems to do its purpose.

Terrible instructions. Fair quality . Just assembling now . Not heavy duty by any standards. Plan 8 hrs. Two people that like each other.🙄

Have had this greenhouse for a little over a year, it started out great but after a summer in the sun the plastic pieces that connect the frame rails together broke in the wind (gusts up to 26mph). The frame anchors were solid but once the plastic broke this thing went full yardsale mode and started losing panels then collapsed. Big waste of time and money

I usually love Vevor products so I really wanted to like this. And while I understand you get what you pay for 500 bucks is not cheap. This might be the lowest quality product I've ever bought of any kind from any brand. It was simple enough to put together. Flimsy aluminum frame. But a breeze will blow this thing apart. And I'm not talking about Gail force winds or storms. I'm talking about 10 mph breeze on a sunny spring day. If you don't have it anchored to the ground it will blow the greenhouse roof over base rolling 100s of feet away. If you do anchor it to the ground the breeze will rip the frame and panels apart. This thing will be obliterated after our first summer storm and it's already all taped up from breeze damage in the ONE month I've owned it. I do still like vevor and they did refund me half the purchase price (it should have been all of it) but do not buy this if you live anywhere the wind gets to 10 mph or more ever. Anchoring won't fix the issue as if you have the door or vents open the wind blows into it and rips it apart and bends the frame. Going to have to replace it less than 6 months after buying it

I hope someone will read this 6 weeks ago on March 1 . I ordered the greenhouse. It arrived on time and i was very happy until I opened the boxes to find I had the frame for the greenhouse in one box and a gun safe in the other. After countless emails and a call to my credit card company I think the problem may be solved as far as payment. I of course will not have to pay. They said they were out of stock so can't send the polycarbonate panels. Told me to keep the boxes I received. Great I have a frame I can't use and a gun safe and i don't own a gun. Maybe you can pass this message to someone in customer service. Thanks
