Like any other greenhouse in this category, the directions are horrible. There was several times we had to disassemble parts because the directions are vague sometimes. I was planning on putting this directly on the ground but changed my mind and built a wooden floor because the recommended way was to use the supplied 2.5" lag bolts and Molly's. That's a recipe for disaster. However, once the build was complete, it's a nice greenhouse.

The initial shipment box was very torn with a lot of tape, pieces where bent, it took several emails for you to reship. Initially was offered a very small amount of money. Insulting.

I hope someone will read this 6 weeks ago on March 1 . I ordered the greenhouse. It arrived on time and i was very happy until I opened the boxes to find I had the frame for the greenhouse in one box and a gun safe in the other. After countless emails and a call to my credit card company I think the problem may be solved as far as payment. I of course will not have to pay. They said they were out of stock so can't send the polycarbonate panels. Told me to keep the boxes I received. Great I have a frame I can't use and a gun safe and i don't own a gun. Maybe you can pass this message to someone in customer service. Thanks

Recieved greenhouse. After 5.5 hours of installation from horrible instructions green house assembled and missing trim piece that holds side and roof panels in place missing!! Tried contacting help center confirmed part missing with the robot you have to chat with online don’t hear anything back just kept getting asked same question finally had enough filed claim and still getting no where! Horrible company shitty customer service!!
