This is a very nice little canister filter. It comes with everything you need to set it up (including the biomedia). My only complaint is that the UV light stopped working after 3 weeks.

So this is a really easy set up and stuff for a regular fist tank. Obviously from the title I have a turtle. I have a 70 gallon tank and it’s filled roughly about half way so like 35/40 gallons. I have an adult yellow belly slider. I got this In hopes that it would be as good as my last one. It is not. It cannot stand up against the turtles waste output. My prior filter from a diff company would make the water spotless. The water pressure on the outtake is lower than I anticipated. It’s overall a good system but not right for turtles. Also wasn’t a fan of the intake tubes. Made it hard to try and adapt so it was a single pipe not two. Wasn’t made to be adapted or changed which is inconvenient for I was looking to make the tank quiet, The water intake pipe my turtle keeps like attacking and it just isn’t suited for her. My last filter died that’s why I bought this one. Not sure if I need to go up in canister filter strengths or just switch back to the old brand. I feel like for fish this would be a fine filter though. Haven’t decided on my next move but always looking for input and ideas. Good brand for fish. Probably

I do not recommend this product. It is junk. I would not buy it again.

Waiting to see if they make things right, as of now I wouldn’t bother unless you like spending 100+ dollars every year on a new filter.

Something must have happened during shipping, one clip is broken as well as the UV light inside. So it is now useless.

Received with a broken shaft, no solution over a month now, customer service very slow, alao shipping take 2 weeks

This filter started leaking from the canister seams within the first few days — water pooling under my tank stand every morning. Re-seated every gasket multiple times, no improvement. The pump motor seized up completely after about two weeks of continuous normal use. Came home to dead silence, water already going cloudy, ammonia spiking because the filter had stopped circulating hours earlier. Lost several fish before I caught it. The "ultra-quiet" claim is a joke — it rattled and buzzed loudly from day one, getting worse over time, clearly something vibrating loose internally.

Pure arnaque qui rapporte beaucoup d'argent a cette compagnie, article bon marché brise ou ne fonctionne pas bien, bonne chance pour un retour, si vous insistez elle vous offre un remboursement de 1/4 du prix payer et là si vous refusez elle coupe la communication, alors vous restez prix avec leur scrap.

I have been waiting for answers on my return/refund. You do not have a good customer service at all.48 hours has past.

I never received this product. It keeps saying it is being shipped. And they keep replying send their checking on status and it has been over a month since I ordered it.
