Reseñas de clientes para VEVOR Calentador de Sopa Eléctrico 4 x 7,4 cuartos Calentador de Alimentos Comercial 1500 W Temperatura Ajustable 30-85 °C con Protección contra Quemaduras en Seco y Botón de Reinicio para Buffet

It leaks in one of the corners. We will most likely need to caulk the seams from the inside. The bain maries themselves are extremely sharp and have already caused a laceration to one of my employees.

NICE PRODUCT AND SERVICE JUST MISSING INVOICE NO OPTION FOR GETTING INVOICE ALSO FOR NO OPTION FOR PARTS FOR PRODUCT PLEASE PATELA1@BOSTONPIZZA.COM REPLY ME HOW CAN I GET MY INVOICE

This product works the way it is supposed to. The metal is a little flimsy and we were concerned it would bend and break quickly but so far it has held up. I wish the top came off so it was a little easier to clean but overall it is worth the price.

The inside of this soup warmer developed rust and corrosion around the heating area after only two uses. I even noticed discoloration in that area when I first received it, which makes me question whether the unit was defective from the beginning. I purchased VEVOR’s 1-Year Protection Plan and submitted photos and all requested information. I was told my claim was sent to a specialist team. After I followed up, VEVOR apologized for the delay, confirmed my warranty claim was still under review, and specifically told me my ticket would remain open until the issue was resolved. I never received a response from the specialist team. Instead, my case was marked “Solved” with no replacement, repair, or warranty resolution. Paying extra for a Protection Plan only to have my unresolved claim closed honestly makes the protection plan feel like a scam. I purchase equipment for my business, and after this experience I will not buy more business equipment from VEVOR. I would rather purchase directly from suppliers or manufacturers in China. I expected much better product quality and warranty service.

Rebords des casseroles et des outils très coupants. Je me suis coupé plusieurs fois.

Lasted 8 months before shorting out. This is my second one. If you don't drain the water religiously the element with crack and short out

Heat knob broke within a couple of days of use.

Las cubetas de acero inoxidable son de acero oxidable. Además cortan mucho cuidado porque las terminaciones no están pulidas y el material corta. En resumen no lo utilizaría nunca para alentar alimentos.

Leaks, said they fixed the leaks but nope Poor quality pots, rusting after first use, rings in finish, but maintaining temp properly for now

Suite a une mauvaise commande de ma part, j'ai bien reçu la confirmation du remboursement et du retour de l'article mais aucune modalité pour le faire. Très déçu. Ne recommande pas du tout ce site.
