Today in ny there was a lot of wind and the door of my food truck was open and the wind moved the window door and everything broke and my customers got scared and I thought that this window was made of metal and I am surprised that it is plastic I feel scammed and I would like a refund of my money for selling poor quality things

dave Buyer Beware
After purchasing both the concession window and the shipping insurance, the item arrived damaged/cracked in several places and it took Vevor more than a week to respond with a resolution; during which time I was forced to modify the window so that we could continue to operate. Vevor left me out in the cold only conceding to take the item back and issue a refund once received.
I do NOT recommend Vevor or their products for anything that may be critical; they don't honor their own insurance policies or respond in any semblance of a timely manner. Buyer beware.
