Amazing product, they were quick to send a replacement heat sensor when needed and were very helpful. This kettle can make amazing professional craft brewer quality beer at an affordable price.

Ya la he probado elaborando cerveza y es muy sencillo de usar, intuitivo. Trabaja bien con las dos potencias a l vez. Aunque el termómetro no pasó de 98 grados C. Pero el mosto hervía demasiado bien. Me gusta que se pueda regular la temperatura y mantenerla una vez seleccionada. Muy contento. Recomiendo.

Well built, easy to clean with good temperature control. This has made my whole brew setup much easier to use. Fast boil with good control and large enough boil over is minimized. I highly recommend.

Great price on this. Great feature but be careful when mashing in. I set temp for 155 and it went up to 162! The first time you mash get ready to make adjustments with ice or boiling water. When you figure out the relationship you can be more comfortable. I brewed with 10 lbs of malt fwiw. Check and recheck. You'll get the hang of it. Also it is not clear if you are setting water temp or mash temp. Since water temp should be 10 degrees higher to account for colder grains. Should be clearer in instructions. You don't want mashed in grains heating to 165! Mine is 7 degrees off. Now I know that. At least for 10lbs grain. Love it now that I figured this out.

El artículo muy bien … No se demoró en llegar y todo parece estar bien … lo único que las instrucciones son muy escasas y no vienen bien explicadas … por lo demás todo muy bien

Incluso despues de calibrarla -10°C por debajo la temperatura seguia siendo incorrecta en varios grados. Tambien da pequeños calambres cuando esta enchufada aunque este en OFF.

This unit would be fine if it didn’t arrive broken and the temp settings were correct. It has taken almost a month to get any kind of replacement or reimbursement. They couldn’t replace the lid that broke on delivery and now I’m stuck with a unit without a lid. Also the temperature reading on the digital screen is no where close to the actual temperature of the liquid inside. I Will not be using this site again. Poor customer service. Just send me a replacement lid.

Would not buy again. Having a hard time getting them to give me a return label

Tried to return the item because I purchased the wrong one. Yes, I made the error of ordering the product, then not opening it until after the 30-day return policy expired. But it was still brand new, I just hadn't realized it was wrong until it was too late. I was really disappointed that they wouldn't let me return the item. No idea if the product works or not, but I'm about $160 And have a piece of equipment I can't use

Well made. Fairly easy to use except the basket is up to high to make 5 gallon batches & it can't go lower.
