You want a review? It showed up damaged. I spent two weeks in an endless loop trying to get an exchange. "here's your ticket number, what action would you like taken? Here's your ticket number, what action would you like taken? " Gave up. Haven't used the thing. If it weren't for the damage and the terrible customer support system I'm sure it would be great.

I have had very good luck with Vevor in the past. But this griddle was a failure/. It cant keep temperature, not even close to the dials stated temperature. as many cool luke warm spots . Not reliable for my cottage bakery. hopefully vevor will make this right

Buyer beware, It is not for home use. we did not pay attention and removed it form the packaging without looking at the plug type. It is not at all compatible with normal "home" use. I wish it was clear in the details instead of saying commercial and home use. I threw out the box and packaging and now stuck with a 180.00 dollar block of steel.

missing parts on ariwal (tray for grese collection) and has a big dent in the front panel, so its a no go to use. No response from Vevor regarding this so guess they lost one customer.

Its been a 7 days since theyre not responding on my ticket with a return. I have contact several times on support they're saying i have to wait. How long more? This is not a good behavour !
