NickG Fitting the cutting blade to the spindle.
The cutting blade wouldn’t press home on the spindle due to a slightly raised ridge on the square mounting on the spindle. I filed the ridge off with a fine bastard cut file in 5 mins.
Absolutely no problem fitting the cutting blade now and just put 10 lbs of pork shoulder through the grinder and got a beautiful grind.

I owed the size 12 previously and up graded to the size 32. This Thing is a beast, i feed my dogs a raw diet and do bone in chicken and turkey grinding. As fast as I stuff it in, the machine handles it easily.
some have mentioned the bottom of the main tube is difficult to clean. It is a blind hole, a brush makes the reach easier.
I have had this machine for a few months and highly recommend it.

Farmer Ty Ground a bunch entire hogs so far.
Thing is mean! Eats as fast as you can get it rammed in. Little noisy , two speeds would be nice if using to stuff sausage. I'd get it again tho.
