It is insane that I have spent this much money on a grinder that doesn’t grind and can get zero customer service of any kind. I have sent three messages and contacted online support and NOTHING! Would never recommend this company!

erittäin huonolaatuinen lihamylly. Kun lihamylly hajosi ensimmäisen kerran, minulla oli silloin takuu, mutta takuun puitteissa sain varaosia, jotka minun piti asentaa itse. Halusin saada rahani takaisin tai uuden lihamyllyn, mutta Vevor antoi minulle vain uudet varaosat lihamyllyyn. okei, laitoin lihamyllyyn uusia osia, ja lihamyllyä ei käytetty pitkään aikaan ja se oli hyllyllä. ja ei kauan sitten, kolmannella käyttökerralla, lihamylly hajosi taas (halusin tehdä jauhelihaa noin 2 kg:sta kalafileetä):(( Tällä kertaa näen, että ongelma on vakavampi kuin ensimmäisellä kerralla. takuuta ei enää ole,maksoin noin 260 .eli erittäin huonolaatuinen lihamylly ,En suosittele sitä

Actually I did not use because I noticed the the part of grinder can't remove and whas that is way I returned

Arrived damaged. Looks like damaged item was added to box prior to shipping because the box and the rest of the items were in pristine condition. I decided to order a different item as a replacement gift

Just received haven't used it yet. It looks well built very heavy and sturdy. But just trying it out it blew the breaker on my kitchen counter. It's extremely loud. And gets extremely hot and no time Not sure how long it will last, but it looks really well built Well, update review after use

The Grinder heats up quickly and I need to cool it down. Which is a waste of time

Très bon produit semble robuste fait le travail. Seul inconvenient et pas le moindre, la partie qui recoit la vis sans fin ou on met les morceaux de viandes est fixe et non amovible, ce qui pose un serieux soucis pour faire un protocole sanitaire apres utilisation. Sinon agreable silencieux un peu lourd quand meme

Kinda happy with purchase. It works great, but I'm really surprised at how hot the unit gets. I put about 15lbs of lean venison through it last weekend, and by the end of the process, the internal part near the motor was basically cooking the meat. All the grinder parts were put in the fridge for at least an hour before use as well. I'm not a rookie, have been a chef for over 30 years...I hope it holds up to bigger tasks.

The machine is big and strong but got me puzzled with lack of efficiency initially until I discovered that the auger was poorly machined so the knife did not fit on it. Had to grind it to size myself and after that everything is peachy. Have to give 3 stars cause it cause me 2 hrs of frustration and confusion, plus for this price I should not be tweaking it with grinder!
