Déception sur l'achat de ce produit. De prime abord on est impressionné par le poids ( prêt de 20kgs dont la tête 4,5 kgs) . Tout cela donne un ressenti rassurant sur la solidité du matériel. Cependant, les usinages et ajustages sont grossiers sur la tête de hachoir si bien qu'après l'avoir monté sur le moteur et mis en route on peut constater une mouvement de la tête de hachoir qui se balance avec l'action du moteur et ce n'est pas rassurant du tout . Peut être le modèle que je viens de recevoir est il victime d'une malfaçon mais je ne suis pas très confiant. l'immobilisation de la tête de hachoir reste difficile et me semble assez fragile . Pour le reste une fois ce sujet tout de même important passé ce hachoir fait bien son travail. Le rendu est de belle transformation . La tête de Hachoir est facile a nettoyer .

J’ai commandé un hachoir annoncé à 1100W, et j’ai reçu un modèle de 800W, beaucoup moins puissant. C’est clairement une publicité mensongère ! En plus, leur service client est injoignable, aucune réponse concrète pour un remboursement ou un échange. Je viens de découvrir que le même hachoir est vendu sur AliExpress pour la moitié du prix ! Vendeur malhonnête, aucune transparence, on se fait avoir. ⚠️ Je déconseille fortement d’acheter ici, c’est une perte d’argent et une énorme déception.

the first and only time I used it, It ground meat like a champ. I thought it was great Then I found that flakes of metal had pelled off of the auger and grease from the machine had leaked into the meat. I wound up throwing away 18 pounds of meat because of the contaminates. I contacted vevor to return it for a refund and they gave me a run around that lasted weeks, finally they offered half my money back and told me I could keep the machine which really only meant that I get to throw it away. I took the 50 percent refund rather than fight with them any more. Machine was junk and the company is worst company I ever dealt with I would never buy anything from this company again.

Very noisy and #22 hole rings are smola for 1.5 mm then my olda grinder rings also #22. I sold this meat grinder for $250. Lost $56 on this machine. Some of the parts looks like not oryginal the snile inside not going deep enough so the hole ring is not deep enough. Not happy at all.

Nach nur 3 Minuten ging der Wolf aus und das wars. Leider ist diese Firma darauf nicht eingegangen. So habe ich das ganze Geld in den Sand gesetzt. Hab mir nun ein Markengeräte gekauft. Der funktioniert. Ich kaufe bei denen nie wieder.

It doesn't work at all, the meat gets stagnant, not shredding well. I tried it 3 times and it delays my work too much. The customer service is terrible, I called, emailed and they didn't answer me. I bought directly from you because you recommended them to me as a brand, I am totally disappointed. I paid for a product that doesn't work, that is not cheap at all and to top it all off the service is horrible .I gave the opportunity to be a recognized brand, but really shopping with Amazon I wouldn't have this problem I already treated it in all the ways, I looked for videos and it really wasn't cloned at all, but the customer service is horrible. I want to make the refund which I give you right in the 30 days, I have no interest in continuing to waste my time because it delays me in my work.
