Love it only thing I wish is that the sausage stuffing part would be metal

Leider ist mir die Maschine mehrmals stehen geblieben als ich Fett mit Schwarte gewolft habe. Bin aber dennoch gut klar gekommen.

Der Fleischwolf ist echt super! Er funktioniert einwandfrei . Habe ihn für Bratwurst Herstellung gekauft. Vorteil: er ist sehr günstig und hochwertig Nachteil: bei vevor gibt es keine ersatzteile verschiedene Lochaufsätze! Man findet sie nur sehr schwer. An verschiedenen Stellen sind bereits bei Anlieferung kleine Roststellen zu erkennen gewesen. Für mich jetzt nicht so relevant, um alles zurück zu senden oder mir die Arbeit für eine Reklamation zu machen. Fazit: tolles Gerät 👍 Super Funktionalität 👍 Keine Loch Aufsätze bestellbar👎

It grinds the meat

Does a great job of grinding meats, especially when frozen, but it shouldn't be purchased with the intention of sausage stuffing unless you're pre-seasoning a single type of meat and doing a single grind straight to casing or want a fine-ground product. As a blade and plate must be installed for the sausage tube to function, any pre-ground mix must be refrozen and ground a second time to casing, or you'll be dealing with a pasty mess, slow feeds, and constant clogging at the grind plate. Very sturdy. Wish it came with more than two grinding plates.

Morning, i sad to be writting here again as i am not one to complain and this is not your fault but i want to know what we can do. Our package was deliverd on Saturday morning (you guys are always on the go and things are delivered so quick which we love so thank you). however the delivery driver (aramex) couldnt get access to our yard, and instead of taking this to a collection point for delivery he very nicly decided it would be a great idea to launch it over top of our 6 ft fence and gate and land it on concrete. this has resulted in the box not only being damaged but also the product inside as where it has landed has taken the edge of the mincer where it comes out minced. i have emailed aramex first and did get that done saturday morning but only just getting to email you guys. i guess my question is where to from here? is there insurance included in your products when you send? i know we dont get a choice to add it at checkout. As we are using for a business we would now not be able to use this product for food due to where it has been damaged. i guess looking for any help you can provide. i do have photos and also video taken saturday when it happened to send through. if you can let me know where to from here would be greatly appreciated. im struggling to send the other photos and videos but have them if you have anotehr way i can send them. Haven't used it a whole lot just yet, but first time impression is very positive. Easy grind and cut my processing time a whole lot. Very satisfied with the purchase so far.
