This grinder is insanely overpowered for my use, and I love it. The butchering and trimming takes an hour or more for the meat I grind every few months. The grinding is so fast I spend more time cleaning the parts. With many pounds of meat there's only a moderate amount of fat and silver skin that wraps the blade where it meets the shaft, not enough to affect the grinding. I clean and dry it, and store it in the original packaging in my garage. I use it about 4-6 times a year with a total run time of maybe 30 minutes, so it should last me my entire life and maybe my son's as well. Very happy.

Very fast at getting meat through. Comes with two sizes. We process a lot of meat, this is very fast. Certainly a commercial grade grinder. To properly clean need a wrench to take off the auger housing, three small bolts, very easy.

I love cooking for my family and prefer grinding my meat, so I was looking for a powerful and easy-to-use grinder. After watching a few YouTube videos showing all its features, I decided to buy it—and I couldn’t be happier! This machine is a wonderful investment. It’s very easy to use, has a powerful motor, and is made with strong, high-quality materials. You can really feel the durability when you use it. Honestly, this feels like a lifetime grinder! Coming from a budget grinder to this is night and day difference. Most meat dont need to freeze first it grinds through it super fast and is really easy to clean. Only complaint I have is the feed tray doesnt fit the best it feels like an after thought. It does work though and for the price this grinder is perfect. I have ground up beef and chicken like it was nothing. What used to take an hour now takes minutes. The grinder is very heavy the motor is massive. I wish there was a slower speed for feeding sausage but honestly I'll just get a dedicated sausage stuffer. This thing is a beast for grinding meat and it should last.

Heavy duty unit. Works well as it should. Powers through meat faster that I can feed it. Cleaning is a bit more difficult because of the design that requires you to unbolt the auger housing to thoroughly clean it. For me I tilt the entire unit with the opening over the sink and clean it that way because surely unbolting the housing every time would introduce some extra wear on the bolts and gasket. My particular unit itself makes a metallic ping noise that I can hear shortly after shutting it off. I think I can kind of hear it upon startup as well but it is difficult to pinpoint over the motor noise. This sound happens near the back of the motor. Technical support assures me it is not a problem.
