This unit is great. We hunt and process our own wild game, as well as beef/pork. You cannot feed this unit fast enough. It is always ready for more.

The machine is strong, solid and made of stainless.
Noise is acceptable considering the size of the engine.
Quality price is there.
Main weak point
1) Cleaning the machine after usage of meat is problematic. Considering that, the stainless tube in inverted T shape, is not easily disassembled. The manual maintains that it should not be unbolted. Although to clean the machine from meat, disasembly of that piece is, in my opinion, a base need for such a machine.
