The instructions for putting the rack together were horrible. I gave up on it because the pictures of each step were unclear. My assistant came in the next day and we finally figured out that the buttons had to face downward in order for the side wing supports could swing out to hold the top of the rack. Also one of the end spacers was bend outward , but we made it work because I did not want to ship it back. The think I do love is the heavy duty wheels . if you could improve the instructions by even adding hints about which way the steels buttons are suppose to point.

Esto no fue difícil de armar, hasta que llegó el momento de intentar atornillar los 4 tornillos cortos. Los agujeros traseros para estos son demasiado pequeños para atornillarlos completamente, por lo que sobresalen por dentro, hacia la ropa que cuelga allí. Los tornillos más grandes y largos no supusieron ningún problema. No tengo idea de por qué el fabricante no pudo hacer esos otros agujeros un poco más grandes. Podría haber ido y conseguir un taladro para introducirlos, pero nunca debería haber sido necesario, además eso hizo que fuera más difícil de armar. Envié una nota al vendedor, pero todavía no he oído nada. Ya lo armé y lo usé, así que lo conservaré de todos modos.

Nice unit. Works great as a clothes hanger. Quite sturdy. I use it in my spare room for seasonal clothing storage.

I purchased a "like new" item. The clothes rack is fine but had a missing nut and washer from one of the wheels. Also no assembly instructions. The box was practically destroyed from shipping - holes all over.

This was delived with missing parts. When I contacted Vevor, they did not respond to any of my requests. I wanted either the replacement part or a refund. I got nothing. All I have is a pile of useless junk. This site is a SCAM.

I can’t use them, they did not include the hardware to put them together, I asked for a refund and they said yes they would refund me my whole purchase price, they said it went to Apple Pay and it did not, they keep telling me to be patient they refund is on the way, I feel I got scammed.

Ogromne rozczarowanie-czekalam na tak bardzo potrzebny mi i wytrzymały wieszak,a otrzymałam...malutką paczuszkę z ledowym światełkiem... Jedyny plus to szybka reakcja sklepu i uczciwy,szybki zwrot pieniędzy.

J'ai acheté le portant pour la chambre de mon fils. Je suis très déçue car le portant présente un défaut de fabrication sur un des montants principaux très gênant. Trois trous ont été percés du mauvais côté empêchant un bon montage d'un montant principal.

Très mauvaise avis vu que la commande n'est toujours pas en ma possession. Veuillez l'expédier rapidement apres plusieurs reclamation
