It's great rice cooker but it will only cook 25 cup of rice maybe 27 cup but not 32 cup as it says i try to cook 30 cup but the top of the rice comes out not cooked when i try to keep it longer the rice keeps growing and touching the top part of the cooker and didn't get cooked

Leider sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice. Eine Rücksendung des Artikels wurde grundsätzlich nicht akzeptiert, obwohl wir diese fristgerecht angefragt haben. Auf unser Anliegen wurde nicht kundenorientiert eingegangen und es wurde keine Lösung angeboten.
Ein seriöser Händler sollte Rückgaben und das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht respektieren. So stellt man sich professionellen Service nicht vor.
Nicht empfehlenswert.

Last week I ordered 9L Rice cooker and they sent to me 4.2L
They still keeping me wait more than week on talking to return and I couldn’t wait so then I paid for another one today it’s arrived with wrong size again I can’t believe 🙄
That’s too bad service I will not order from them any more and will not recommend for any one from my big community

The rice cooker did not fully cook the rice after numerous attempts (watery and hard rice). Despite numerous, written return requests to Vevor's Customer Support team, I was unable to secure a return or full refund. Terrible product and awful customer service.
