Muchas gracias.

Dear Company! I bought a 35l car cooler in December 2024. Unfortunately, it turned out that the inside of it regularly gets wet. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the door does not close perfectly. Please help me solve my problem! I am writing this letter with a translator because unfortunately I do not speak English, only Hungarian. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards: Attila

The Good: Solid Cooling Performance As a fridge and freezer, this unit actually does its job well Noise Level: Impressively silent. You can easily sleep in a van or car with this running nearby without being disturbed. Portability: The 20L size is the "sweet spot" for solo trips or weekend getaways. The Bad: Connectivity & Tech Support This is where the experience falls apart. If you are buying this specifically for the Bluetooth/App control, look elsewhere. Bluetooth Issues: Despite following all instructions, the unit simply refuses to connect to the app. Poor Customer Support: I opened a support ticket to resolve the connectivity issue, but the response was underwhelming. There seems to be a "sold and forgotten" mentality; once they have your money, they aren't interested in troubleshooting technical glitches or software bugs.
