When i receive the item it came with wrong electric plug. I had to get vevor all the numbers, take pictures and jump through all kind of hoops to get anything done. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just send me the correct cord.

Troubleshooting Guide for Power Failure
Step 1: Fuse Check
Procedure: Check the fridge fuse as shown in the video.
- Fuse blown: Replace with a 15A fuse.
- Fuse intact: Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Internal Wiring Check: Remove the rear cover and inspect the internal wiring connections.
- If loose connections are found: Secure the wiring.
- If wiring is normal: Proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: Test the cables at the top of the module. Unplug the two cables at the very top of the module (see Figure 1) and check whether the display turns on.
- If it turns on: The module is faulty.
- Fails to power on: Reconnect the cables and proceed to Step 4.
Step 4: Test the cables at the bottom of the module
1. Disconnect the two cables at the bottom of the module (see Figure 2);
2. Use needle-nose pliers or scissors to short-circuit the designated port (see Figure 3) and observe whether the fan rotates.
- Fan rotates: Determined to be a control board fault.
- Fan does not spin: Professional technician required for inspection.

Nach langen hin und her schreiben wurde Geld erstattet.
Jetzt steht die defekte Kühlbox hier rum, da auf Retourschein keine Antwort kam.

La glacière frigo est super en soi. Je l’ai utilisé l’été dernier 2025. Lors d’un road trip. Elle a fonctionné parfaitement pendant le mois de voyage. J’ai voulu la rallumer cette année. Nous sommes au mois de mai2026. La glacière m’affiche le code F2. Donc au final pour avoir un retour, la glacière a servi un mois et ne fonctionne plus et impossible d’avoir une assistance ou ne serait-ce qu’une garantie..
