This thing cannot even cut cabbage as they say to do first when you get it to clean the oils off. All it did was jam. I contacted support and now it's been 4 business days with a promise of a response days ago. They even tried to close the ticket my out helping me. Do not buy this pile of garbage. It does not work. In my pictures the blades are stuck but the motor is spinning. It's just a bit of cabbage. Not even a whole thing or even a quarter!

Meat kept getting stuck it was completely thawed ruined 2 deer loins. Instructions suck they don’t show how to adjust the blades.

The thickness of the meat is not adjusted—it is one size only. I'm not happy with that. If it can be adjusted, I will be better.

Product is damaged coming out of the box. Cutting guard is cracked. The side of the machine is dented, the 2 rods that the blades connect to are bent and not facing straight.

The product was good. But then i used it twice its perfect bit after it. The machine is dull. Cannot cut anymore. The meat always stucked and cannot cut anymore. Can ypu help me with this. Thank you very much for any help

this machine works but not for my business and have tried multiple times to get a return make sure you know what you are getting because Two weeks of unhelpful chat loops and zero resolution I would give this zero stars if I could. My experience with Vero support has been incredibly frustrating and entirely useless. I ordered items that I need to return, but I have been trapped in a customer service loop for over two weeks just trying to get a simple return label and a refund. I have reached out via their chat support multiple times, and despite explaining my situation repeatedly, absolutely nothing has been resolved. It should not take weeks of constant follow-ups to get a basic return processed. At this point, it feels like they are intentionally making the return process as difficult as possible to avoid issuing a refund. Buyer beware: if anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect their customer service to help you. I am still waiting for my return label and my money back. Absolutely terrible experience.

The machine is not cutting meat properly. The meat gets stuck in the middle even when using thin meat slices. It does not process smoothly and is difficult to use. I would like to return the item and request a refund.

This is abosolute trash. Do not buy it. It can't even handle bell peppers or lettuce. The blade constantly get jammed and you spend more time trying to fix the clog than actually cutting anything. I literally just about took it outside and smashed it on the ground I was so frustrated with it. I'm contacting Vevor and getting refund on this immediately.

The machine is awful. It worked well ONE TIME. After that the meat stops feeding through the machine. We tried every possible thing, but even the smallest cuts don’t slice through the machine after a couple uses. It started out amazing, but literally a couple uses later it quit working. I would not recommend. $250 for a machine that looks nice and is functionally a table ornament. This seems to be a common issue as well per online complaints after you search and nothing has been donee about it so far as I can tell. Just all around bad product and bad business
