Love it! Makes getting my boat out of the garage a breeze. My brother is getting ready to purchase one also.

Ok this review is going to be a bit odd. I ordered, it arrived, set it up, used it once, then it broke. There are large snap rings holding the motor/bearing portion in the center of the wheel. When I used it to move my trailer out, it worked fine. When I went to put the trailer away, I heard a loud CLICK and then it sounded like grinding metal. I inspected and found that the snap ring was popped out of its groove, and the whole motor/bearing portion was no longer centered in the tire, and it was grinding metal on metal against the channel where the wheel sits. I’m a very capable mechanic but without disassembling the whole wheel/motor, there is no access to reinstall the snap ring. I contacted customer service and asked them to send a new unit and I would send the old one back. They offered me a $20 refund. I told them this was unacceptable. They offered a $30 refund. Again, I told them this was unacceptable. It took a full week of back and forth before they finally agreed to send a replacement unit. Now, the second one arrived and I made sure the snap ring was fully engaged in its groove. I’ve used it 5-6 times with no issues. The dolly actually works great, makes it super easy to move my trailer around the driveway. I have a 20ft auto trailer, dual axle, and you have to turn it a full 90* to get it into its parking space. It would take 2-3 people pushing to get this task done, and it was always a chore. Now with the electric dolly, one person can do the job without breaking a sweat. I love this dolly and wish I had known about it years ago.

I have had this for a long time, went to use it and wouldn't work. Checked voltage and correct, motor pulses then stops, seems to be brushes not contacting properly, could you please advise of a replacement. Regards Andrew

One of the best things I have wver purchased! Where was this all my life. Things to know it doesn’t clamp to the frame so you need to drill holes. There are two positions to mount it and even i. The higher position with the jack fully retracted (it doesn’t fold up) I didn’t feel good about it being safe to not hit the ground while going over sharp grades and holes. That said , it’s one bolt to remove or install so not that big of a deal .

It is very slow and works well on smooth flat surface. The smallest bump stops the boat from moving but the wheel continues to turn.

Good price, quick delivery. Motor is powerful enough to move a 5000lb trailer on flat pavement, but the tire is too small to get traction on a gravel driveway. Height adjust is good, but mounting bracket is strained at highest range with heavy load. Good dolly overall foe paved areas.

This system works to perfection a month into using it. With the additional cost of a battery (about $80), it's not the cheapest dolly, but it handles my 19' Lund effortlessly and allows me to park in a garage that doesn't have enough frontage to allow for my truck and trailer. It solved a problem and will hopefully continue to do so for years. NOTE: It takes me about 10 minutes to bolt on the dolly, get everything hooked up, and then back it from my truck to its parking space in the shed. The actual distance is probably 25' and the actual time to maneuver is probably under 60 seconds.

Good dolly moves my 20 foot deckboat easily i can park it wherever I want in my garage Ithe only complaint I have is the mounting you have to drill bolt hole in your trailer
