After such a long protracted process, I am distraught that I don’t have an operated remote for my garage. Since purchase, I have reported the faulty function of the closing. I received a replacement electric board for the unit. I paid a garage professional to get the unit to work, to no avail. I was told it will not function. The remedy will involve a full replacement, or a full refund.

I installed this lift on a 12x14 rollup door. The lift stopped working after 2 months of using 1-2 times per day.

I Ordered 2 openers a month ago, one works perfectly, the other is faulty. Customer support refuses to address the issue and basically has told me to pound sand. Offered me a $41 refund on a $130 opener. They told me to source parts locally and hire a technician to possibly repair. They claim it is a faulty motor. Both units are a month old. Steer clear of Vevor products at ALL cost. They DO NOT stand behind what they sell!!

Will not work on my door. Need to show what door drums it will work on, this would help!
