Hello, I received the package today, but it looks like an important part is missing. I only received the metal attachment/top piece, and the wheeled floor jack/base shown in the listing was not included. I purchased this thinking it was the complete jack setup. After fedex finally delivered it they destroyed the box and parts falling out and the driver hauled ass before I could catch him. I sent pictures of it to you and no response so if I could give you zero stars I would because it’s still sitting in the box with no reply from you.

It came damaged with one wheel broken. You said would send a new wheel.. About a week later said wheel lost in transet and gave me $45. I bought new wheels locally and put on. Then found unit would not raise. Total piece of junk. You should send me all my money back.
