Ordered 5 of these steel tables for work. One set came without wheels or hardware. I contacted vector to have them send me the wheels and screws/washers that were missing. You’d think I asked for a million dollars. They refuse to ship out the missing wheels and hardware without a photo of the box. I told them the box had a hole (not big enough for wheels to fall out of) but I’d already thrown the box away. They REFUSE to send wheels without a photo. What a joke. Now I have to go find wheels somewhere else which is holding up completing the project and putting me behind schedule. How hard is it to ship missing wheels that weren’t included in the order?? I used to love vevor and this is the first time I experienced an issue with a product but due to their horrible customer service, I’ll be looking for a new place to shop. Oh, most of the tables came dented, too. I didn’t even complain about that. I just wanted the wheels. But they can’t even send a complete unit.

Purchased this item and was received damage. Sending over 5 different emails and using the chat line nobody was interested in helping get the damaged item replaced. Im stuck with a bent shelf. The table is very cheaply made and not sturdy at all. Will not purchase anything from this company again.

Ich hatte vorab nach der Qualität des Tisches gefragt und auf Grund der Positiven Antwort den Tisch bestellt. Er stellte sich so klapprig heraus, wie ein T... Produkt. Eine Reklamation bringt nichts. Per Formular wird nicht reagiert und per Chat hat man nur eine KI, die immer wieder das gleiche Antwortet.

I have had the responsibility of buying food equipment for a business.. Grew to respect stainless steel machines and SS welding. This table has a serious safety problem-- the stainless uprights that are designed to keep anything on the table from falling off, is too sharp. As is, will cause injury. That stainless steel edge should have bent over and made safe. It have talked to a machine shop with a sheet metal break to modify this table. In the mean time I have tape on those edges. Vevor is a good company, fast shipper, provides good items. This table is too much trouble to send back. Made in China, it is of thin gauge. On the whole a USA made SS table would be more robust and expensive. I get for what I paid for-- a table that has to be fixed, to be made safe. Vevor should asked the supplier for a design change!

Assembly - Manufacturing / Q-C Issue. Not as sturdy as the other more expensive carts form the restaurant supplier Although the assembly process is a simple and straight forward process. Assembly was hampered by poor manufactured and quality control. Some of the threads were poorly formed on 2 of the legs. I had to run a tap through to clean them up before I could attach to of the casters. On 1 of the casters the stem had burs and I had to run it through a Die to clean them up. Mildly aggravating but less aggravating then the time and effort to pack it back up go through the return process and then wait for a replacement. Additionally pealing the protective film off was an exercise in frustration it came off in bits it would not peel off as a sheet. The metal used seems a bit thin but should be adequate for lighter duty use. Only the top is reinforced with a fiber or some sort of a wood composite board the shelf is not reinforced only thin metal. It feels solid enough but I think the thin metal would dent easily and quickly show ware from heavy use. It should work for my intended use as a an appliance stand for a smaller spiral dough mixer that weighs only about 50 LBs. With limited counter work space and not being used every day. It is to heavy to frequently move on and off the counter every few days. I will be able to just roll in to the back room when not in use. I currently do the same with my Stand Mixer around 35 LBs, large deli slicer well over 60 LBs, Chamber Vacuum Sealer around 75 LBs and Freeze Dryer that's well over 120 LBs. Just rolling a cart and no lifting is a major back saver.
