It works good. Could use a little more pressure on the center of the eye, instead of just the outside edges.
But all in all my wife likes it. That’s all that matters. The Bluetooth could be skipped. Everybody has their phone with them nowadays to play music.

I got this after being diagnosed with Meibomian Gland Dysfunction to massage my tear ducts. I was very surprised at how good it is and how relaxing to use. I bought one for my mum for Christmas and she also loves it. The remote control is very useful. I wish it had more inbuilt music tracks but that is all. I have used it every day since buying it, sometimes twice. I really look forward to my 15 minutes of relaxation therapy each day and it's great for getting rid of puffy eyes in the morning.

Too loud and does not get warm enough for the eye massage. Tried to return it but they have a length and demanding process to do so, it is not worth my time I just threw it in the garbage.
