I bought it around 1 month ago and started using it the first time. Very easy to assemble. For the first 15 cups it sealed very good, When we did the 16th cup it couldn't sealed and the cup was stucked.. On the machine it showed the message "OE1". It happened on June 25 and we sent the picture of error message and a short video to the technical support. They told me would give me the response in 24 to 48 hours. Today I still do not receive the answer yet.

The heat on that is supposed to seal it is not working other side. SO YOU HAVE TO ROTATE EVERYTIME AND IT WASTES THE SEALING FILM!!!!

I dont like this product as this broken down within a month

DONOT BUY!!!! Purchased 2 of these in January 2026, current one works but wheel gets caught in chipped plastic where the wheel slides down . The other one keeps showing error codes . Very disappointing and a waste of money for something that only works properly for 2 months . Will not buy again or recommend these machines.

Defective. Its my 2nd Fully automatic and 4th Sealing Machine. 2 Semi Automatic did not work after 8 months. I wasted my time trying to find out the issue why this machine is not working only the power button does. Instructions on setup is not clear. Film is easy to install.
