Bought hoping to use while having family and friends to my cabin July 4th. Went to my cabin to set it up 8 days prior, machine did not work, water just runs, buttons don’t do anything, never gets cold. Go through the customer support BS which is a complete joke. They want pictures to show the problem, how TF do you take a picture of something not working? Just kept asking for a new one and I asked if I could pay for expedited shipping. They only respond to you 1 time every 24 hours in the middle of the night. Then out of no where they offer a refund of about a third of what I paid and said I could keep it. WTF!?!?! Not to mention trying to read the manual makes you feel illiterate because it’s written in horribly broken English. If you’re going to sell your cheap junk in the US get someone who speaks English to write it! Worse customer service ever. Here it is a week later, I don’t have an ice maker and I have gotten no where!

Super!! Machine au top, livrée comme convenu. Dommage que les raccords et filtres ne soient pas dans le colis et que ce ne soit pas indiqué dans le descriptif et que ce ne soient pas proposés en option ou achat complémentaire !!!!! Pour ma part, Probablement une machine au top!!! INUTILISABLE !!!!! Service client contacté : « photo de la machine dans son emballage » et « éléments manquants sur la photo du site » effectivement ils ont raison…, les raccords et filtres sont sur tous les modèles mais pas sur celui ci!!!! Aucune proposition à ce jour du site, même pour me les vendre….. On se fait avoir, n’étant pas un super inspecteur des images fournies… JE VOUS INVITE TOUS À REGARDER AVEC ATTENTION LES PHOTOS DES PRODUITS PROPOSÉES PAR CE SITE ET NE PAS VOUS CONTENTER DÛ DESCRIPTIF !!! Seules les photos font foi. Peut être que VEVOR me proposera les raccords et filtres, tout pour pouvoir installer et utiliser cette machine…… ou pas…… Je complèterais ce commentaire !

Mi compra nunca fue entregada, requiero mi reembolso.

Worked for less than a year and I can't get any real support for helping me replace it or fix it. I am very disappointed.

La maquina no funciona ,el boton de encendido no se activa y por lo tanto la maquina no inicia su ciclo.

Great ice machine while it lasts. Had this ice machine for 6 months then it died. Tried to reach out to vevor for the warranty but can't get anyone to respond. Buy somewhere else that actually stands behind their warranties.

We love the ice machine but had to put it in our garage since it came dented. I bought the insurance, did a claim and never heard from anyone. Too bad I had a cart full of Vevor items I wanted to buy but with poor warranty and unresponsive insurance I'll buy elsewhere.

Never again will I spend my money with this company. I received this ice machine severely damaged to my door step! I reached out to Vevor team to replace this machine. Vevor team responded with an unsatisfied response which ultimately resulting for me to rebox this damaged merchandise and haul to an Fedx location and wait until they receive the damaged item in order for me to get an refund or replacement. I recently had back surgery and I’m not able pick this item up or will able to fit this item in the car. Their decision is very inconsiderate and definitely inconvenient. I am highly disappointed in their decision to hold me accountable and make it my responsibility to return the item in order to receive a refund or replacement. 300.00 bucks they just took.

I've never seen a ice maker that doesn't have a drain pump. This one does not come with one, not even an external one. Personally I feel that this specific feature or lack there of should be stated clearly for consumers looking at the unit to prevent the same issue I had after it arrived. I understand this is a me problem, but I still think this is misleading for people who have never purchased a ice maker before.
