Pictures of issues and a week of messages with extended warranty and all we get is more stupid questions. Only communicate at night after we're asleep so NO LIVE COMMUNICATION. I have bought Vevor products and were happy but this has ruined their reputation with me. I need the machine now and all I have is a blinking red light and useless customer service.

Bonjour, Je déconseille, elle m’a lâché aujourd’hui la pompe intérieur ne fonctionne plus . J ai acheté pleins d équipements pour un nouveau resto et je vous déconseille ce site . Le sav est médiocre aucune réponse ou alors pas de suivi je ne sais pas où en sont mes demandes . Crêpière ne chauffe pas sur l ensemble de la plaque donc la crêpe ne cuit pas uniformément Les manche de la gaufriere n était pas dans le carton et maintenant la machine a glaçon qui rend l âme en pleine canicule . Et aucun appel du sav que des mails où ont me dis sans réponse de votre part on ferme le dossier ! Mais c est a vous de me répondre pas a moi !! Vraiment le choix de vevor me coûte finalement de l’argenté au lieu d en gagner . Je regrette .

JUNK. I CANNOT SAY IT LOUD ENOUGH!!!! I have been D!CKIN around with this thing for 2.5 hours. I got it to run 1 cycle. It ranis a ton of water straight through the drain. No support number. No support by the time i got off of work. Ai even said it has a clunky sequence of buttons to push. I thought Vevor brand was decent with decent prices. I have changed my mind now. So frustrated i will lay here awake thinking about it. My letter to Vevor "I am requesting a full refund and a prepaid return shipping label for VEVOR ice maker model LB70TA-D. The unit arrived Dead on Arrival (DOA) with a severely defective control board and mechanical failures. The screen is permanently locked in internal technician loops (flashing P00, 21:51, and 21:58) and the touch sensors are completely non-responsive. Additionally, the water float switch is jammed, and the system is continuously dumping all incoming water directly out of the gravity drain rather than filling the reservoir. Please process this return immediately." Plus, i bought the insurance for 3 years for it. Willi get that money back? Doubtful

Completely dissatisfied with this ice maker. Did not freeze the water from the first time I plugged it in. I have been going back and forth with customer service and the way it stands now is I have to take it somewhere and have it fixed. Who the hell is even going to look at this ? I have no idea where to take it. It would be cheaper for them to send me another one and return this one in the new box. Buyer beware !!!

Not a fan of it. Have had multiple issues out of the box and even thought I was told I would be able to return without an issue, it seems not to be the case. The door on it is warped, so it’s hard to open. Which also is probably the reason it would hold ice very long. The unit has a leak from somewhere, I do not buy a new product to become a repair man or troubleshoot a new product. So far it’s been 3 weeks with emails back and forth with no progress on returning. I have already purchased a new machine.

Leaks from around copper lines that sent me a video of how I should fix it

The icemaker will not work I had it installed and it will not pump the water into the icemaker from the water line. Please help. 803-261-8284. Shane Laird

The ordering, payment, and shipping process were great. It was downhill from there. Right out of the box, the unit showed an error code. I contacted tech support, and they advised checking for loose wire connections. Simple enough, I snugged up all connections, and the code went away. Moving forward, the freeze plate would not get cold, because the compressor was not turning on. More back and forth with tech support (which is NOT convenient AT ALL). After trying 3 or 4 different remedies, I requested an exchange or refund. I was advised VEVOR could refund me $80 and I could keep the unit...NO. I was then advised VEVOR could refund me $150 and I could keep the unit...NO. After 2 weeks of emails, because they only reply overnight, due to time differences, I had finally negotiated getting a full refund, and was advised NOT to send the unit back. My 1st and last VEVOR experience.

Not happy with this ice machine, doesn’t hold the amount of ice as it says, maybe 25 lbs that it store in the bin. This would be great for a house, but not at all what the description said
