Ice maker makes ice very well. the issue i have is the ice melts fairly fast in the storage area. i think it needs thicker insulation to help hold ice longer, that would help with having to constantly produce ice all time.

Ice maker is really nice and great price. I have two complaints, First is when the ice box is full the ice melts. Why does the temp not stay the same to keep ice from melting. Second is the drain. It is to low if you do not want to put the ice maker on the counter. Overall it is nice to have that much ice on hand.

Fonctionne ,mais : les glacons sont minuscule,et impossible d'avoir des glacons plein,résultat dans les verres ils ne tiennent que quelques minutes " même avec de l'eau fraiche" cijavais pas jeté par mégarde l'emballage j'aurais retourné la machine. Regret. Pourtant d'habitude ,suis content des produits Vevor.

La mise en route et réservé aux bon bricoleur car elle était en panne du à de mauvaise fixation. Du coup trouver la panne sur un matériel jamais utilisé a été compliqué cependant il existe plusieur tuto sur le site qui permettent de mieux comprendre le fonctionnement de l appareil. Sans ça on aurait dû le renvoyer.

Nach Erhalt mit voller freunde die Maschine ausgepackt und aufgebaut. Leider am nächsten Tag festgestellt das die halbe Küche Unterwasser steht weil in der Maschine eine Verbindung undicht war. Von der Bedienung einfach und sie arbeitet wirklich flott

Makes ice very well but as the ice in the bin builds. The new ice gets hung up on the discharge flap and it causes an error. With the error on the display it stops making ice. It needs to be babysat and ice broken up or it stops making. Makes about 15lbs of ice before it starts to act up. No where near the 30lb capacity they advertise. I have sent videos and pictures of what is happen and VEVOR says that it is operating normally. It needs a bigger storage bin to truely make 30lbs of ice unattended.

I expected the unit to continue to chill the ice! Seems to not stay cold inside ice box and is continuously melting and remaking ice

The machine came with almost everything you need, I had to spend five bucks at the local hardware store to get the water supply to it. I really like the user interface, and the design of the machine. Machine looks like all the things that could fail are probably pretty easy to replace if the parts are available. The main downside is that it can only store about 10 lb of ice before it stops. Making more. If you're watching it all the time, you could probably double that shuffling the ice around to fool the sensor that tells the machine that the bin is full. In a space kept at 75° f. It can produce about 3 lb an hour. You can't beat the price, and I expected the specifications to be a little inflated, so overall I'm pretty happy with it. I'm feeding it water through the Coca-Cola filter system, so hopefully it'll have some longevity, but it's too early to tell.
