Art Vertical spit
Works great. I used an infrared thermometer and definitely doesn't get as hot as the dials say but still works. I've made al pastor and doner kebab on it so far. Easy to clean and pretty much set and forget. I'm making a holder for the spit so I can skewer the meat without needing a second set of hands to hold it while I place the meat. That would be a nice addition.

Nora Chef Brother in Law LOVED this~!
I got my chef of a brother in law for Secret Santa and my hubby suggested I get him this Shawarma Grill Machine since he LOVES new kitchen tools. Best believe he opened it Christmas morning and got to work cleaning and using it to make lunch for everyone! Works great and evenly cooks.

I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 but the grease pans center should be a little taller!
If you don’t keep after it,it will flow over very quickly!
I found the gyro meat at the restaurant depot in 10 pound cones.
They come as a case of 2!
I used an electric carving knife to cut off the cone which worked perfectly!!
This was a big hit at our family party!
But one bit of advice!!
When doing gyro cones cook them from frozen,do not thaw them out before you cook them!
I highly recommend this.

bought this to make El Pastor, and Shawarma. Works excellent, but takes longer than you think. Very easy to clean. Perfect for home use.
