Wondering why temp controls are labeled in Centigrade. Is this the correct unit of measurement for this unit? Unit does heat up quickly, but not sure what the actual temp is.

First time buying from VEVOR, great price, great delivery, my first cook on it and the hot dogs seemed to expand a lot in the middle and that prevented them from rolling, it seemed like the rollers didn’t have consistent heat, but it was the first time, maybe next time will be better and what I hoped for

So I bought this roller a year ago, but just started using it June 2026. On July 14th 2026, it just stopped working. I tried changing fuse, took the bottom off to make sure everything was still plugged in and still no luck. I definitely recommend buying the warranty if you use this on the daily.

However, upon using the roller for the first time, it was discovered that one roller does not spin. I’ve tried to call the 800 customer service number several times but was Matt with negative phone communication. Is there anyway to receive a new hotdog roller? I did not care for your product hot dog roller. I used it twice and it stopped working and for the price that I paid for that hot dog roller it should have worked more than twice

I bought this in April, its now August. It worked great till today. It is in our shop at work and we use it maybe once a week. It has worked great till today. It wont power on, checked the fuse but its still good.

Fonctionne parfaitement mais je pense qu'il est difficile de trouver les bons réglages et comme aucune doc concernant les températures et les temps de cuisson n'est fournie, c'est compliqué de réussir. En fait le chauffe pain dessèche le pain et ce n'est pas top. Je regrette un peu cet achat et le problème est que si ce n'est pas une panne ou de la casse, vous ne pouvez retourner l'article qu'à vos frais. Vu le poids, pour l'Allemagne, vous pouvez abandonner.
