Seems to be a good product although the hard evidence for it is difficult to find. Had some troubles in the beginning. After buying new distilled water it slowly came on and now it works fine. My repeated question on how to buy the spare filter was never answered. Maybe it helps to repeat it here again.

Tuve problemas con la maquina que compre,....me puse en contacto con Vevor y me enviaron otra, ahora mismo no he tenido problemas con la segunda. Es una buena forma de introducirse en el mundo de las terapias de hidrogeno.

I purchased this product because I heard breathing hydrogen is a good thing. I had questions about the way the manual is written and the customer service was fabulous. They answered all my questions right away. Airflow is low so it's hard to feel it but it definitely does work. I like that it turns off after 1 hour

The documentation with the machine is terrible

It's a great little unit for Wellness at its output, but it's not enough for therapeutic use, the hydrogen gas pressure should be at least 600 milliliters per minute for therapeutic use. If you want less than the therapeutic range, 225ml/min and with a hydrogen water production tool, it is a good unit so far.

I was going back and forth between this machine and their 1000ML machine when I ordered it. After receiving the 450ML unit and seeing how small it is, I tried contacting Vevor hoping to swap out for the larger 1000ML unit. After a few days I was told that wasn't possible, even after offering to pay the difference. I'm not sure if this 450ML unit is even working or how I could test it. I just wish that I had ordered the 1000ML unit originally but was disappointed not being able to exchange. At that point I did have the option to return the 450ML unit but was told it would be quote, "Very expensive to send back". They offered me a some money back, which was nice, but I am still left without the machine I really want.

We ordered the second most expensive unit because the less expensive model was conveniently "out of stock" plus it stated that two people could use it at the same time which is more convenient for both my husband and I. Two canulas were not provided. Still not sure how to connect two of them. We bought a separate canula from a drug store but it does not fit. It boasts quiet while using but that's only on the lowest setting. You can hear it when on the higher settings. The instructions were not clear on set up and it took us almost a month to receive a set up video. I can't feel any air (hydrogen or oxygen) coming out so not sure if it is even working. I asked for an extra or double canula for two people operation and never received it. I'm wondering if I just wasted over $500?
