My order arrived quickly and on the same day although they are shipping in two separate boxes. Yes, you will have to put the table together, yes, that can be difficult for many people, especially those who are not familiar with industrial sewing machines and the tables. The manual is with the sewing machine and available online and yes they are pretty straight forward. I put my table together myself in the evening and had hubby help me lift the machine onto it in the morning, mainly cause I didn’t feel like it. Table is beautiful and smooth and a great size. The machine head itself is pretty straight forward, make sure to watch some YouTube videos on it if you have issues with threading it. I LOVE this machine.. I am a professional seamstress and have been for over 40 years. So far out of the box, best machine yet. It is so quiet. I have used many industrial machines but most have a hum, this one is super quiet to operate. I can actually have a nice quiet conversation with someone while sewing. It has gone through everything I have thrown at it. It sews great with regular or Tex 69 thread and I have many new feet that fit it perfectly to sew things that the regular foot is too hard to work with. Smooth, quiet, careful with the sped as 3700 stitches per minute is a lot faster than a regular machine. I have already sewn several dresses on it in the few days I have had it up and running and , besides fixing the tension for the upper thread, it has been a simple process. Total game changer for my sewing needs. I hope it continues for many, many years to operate flawlessly. Well worth the money for sure! Learn how to set your machine up to operate just as you need it, I have mine set to end with needle down and the quick button is a 1/2 up or down movement. Did I mention I love this machine? I took a long time to decide on which one to buy, I was going to get the juki 8700 but so far, I made the right choice.

I love love this machine. I have worked with several industrials before but this is top notch! Really recommend this machine. The only thing is I think you should let people ordering it know it comes separately. Two deliveries.

I ordered this after watching reviews and was excited about it. UNTIL it arrived and not everything was there. the parts kit to put together the table that everything goes on. is not in the box. I attempted to find a phone number to contact customer service, but nothing. the number that you can find doesnt work. so you are forced to go through their online "customer service" I say "customer service" because they dont actually help you. they just submit a ticket. which is email based. and you are told it will take up to 2 days to get a response from them! 2 days! and in the mean time i cant do anything with this machine because i cant even put together the table. when you do get the 1st email you then have to take a bunch of pictures to "prove you dont have it " and then have to waite on them... and each time is probably going to take 2 days to respond. I thought that i might be somewhat in luck because i have a vevor store in my town. however, nope they cant help you if you ordered anything on line. they dont have a system that communicates with the online system. so they cant help you at all. they dont even sell the parts kits to try to resolve this yourself. so you are at the mercy of their customer service which takes days to reply. i am not please at all

I didn't receive the table. The sewing machine is useless without the table. I have no idea how it works as I am left with an extremely expensive paperweight and I can't use it.
