Die funktioniert nicht gut.............................................................................

This machine works amazing!!. However it arrived in terrible condition the box was torn up it looked like something had leaked in there. The red dot that’s in the box was activate stating it was laid on its side. The machine it self was bent on the back side corner and it looked like it was used. Reached out to vevor and they did try to fix the situation like by sending new parts as to which I agreed to. They came back with a counter offer in the form of a partial refund 1/5 of the cost to which I agreed. Now my current problem that I’m trying to find a solution to is that the spigot leaks the o-ring was over stretched and stuck. I had to cancel a contract and loose money. With this being the second use there is no way this should be happening. I need a solution to the o-ring situation.

Cuando la enciendes graniza pero una vez granizado ya solo enfría hasta que se descongela todo y nunca vuelve a granizar Llevo 2 semanas escribiendo al chat, solicitando ayuda o devolución y de momento nada. Si me dan solución editaré la reseña para valorar el servicio pero de momento peor imposible.

Not stable in temperature No night mode (drops down to -1) Serviceteam not able to fix any problems

This item is not working properly, it has malfunction both inside with a stable temperature and outside with higher temperature. It is not powerful enough to make even the simplest slushy out f syrup and water. Very unhappy about this purchase. We bought smaller vevor slushy machine 3 l and it works perfectly well but this one is not good at all.

the seals on the distruter are moving out of there slut. The dispenser is more than dripping ; it's constantly leaking.

The machine is not new with clear residue from prior usage. While the machine itself is functional it doesnt seem to be sanitary

Nous avons commandé le produit il a durer uniquement 1 semaine on essaye de contacter le SAV mais aucune aide aucun retour. Au bout d’une semaine il ne fonctionnait plus il ne glaçait plus du tout c’était très liquide

Vendeur à éviter l’appareil ne fonctionne plus au bout de 2 semaine aucune solution trouver à ce jour
