Questa gelatiera è fantastica! Era la prima volta che provavo a fare il gelato in casa ed ho scelto questo modello perché già completo di compressore, oltre ad essere molto capiente. Il gelato è chiaramente questione di ingredienti e dosi corrette ma, una volta azzeccate quelle, questa gelatiera crea il gelato perfetto! Imposti il tempo e via...gelato cremoso e buonissimo! La consiglio a tutti quelli che si approcciano per la prima volta al "gelato fatto in casa". È semplice (pochi comandi essenziali), poco rumorosa (io l'accendo anche la sera a volte) e affidabile (imposti il programma ed al resto ci pensa lei, il cestello si refrigera durante la mantecatura e dopo circa 40 minuti il gelato è pronto).

I make ice cream and when Covid hit, I got out the old ice cream freezer bowl out for kitchenaid and made plenty of batchs since. But it took up too much room in my freezer. I found this small ice cream freezer unit with a built in compressor, Got the right price and presto! Making batches of ice cream, without the waiting of freezing the bowl. I only hope it holds up. The 2 qt. bowl sets into the opening and twist into place. However, since the bowl has such tight tolerance, it takes a while to remove because it appears to freeze itself into position. That is the only nthing I don't like but otherwise, its a great little two qt. ice cream maker. Would recommend.

I’d never owned an ice cream maker before, so I was thrilled. I simply added the ingredients and pushed the button. An hour later, we had delicious ice cream! I am still figuring out the right mix of additives to avoid an icy texture, but the whole family has enjoyed the experimenting. So far my best sorbet is lime mint and my best ice cream is vanilla.

It makes right at 2 quarts of firm ice cream in about 1 hour. A basic recipe that will fit the machine without overflowing (it expands as it churns) is 3 cups of dairy (2 cups of heavy whipping cream + 1 cup or milk or 3 cups half and half, etc.) and 3/4 cups of sugar mixed in until sugar is dissolved. It makes making ice cream so easy and simple. The instructions were simple and not complicated, easy to understand. Machine is easy to operate and clean. It is much cheaper than the higher priced named brands. Vevor makes decent products at a lower price than competitors. So far there are no issues with the machine and it works as expected. It is very quiet and operates smoothly. I have wanted one of these compressor ice cream makers for 2 or 3 years now and I am really glad we found this one. I love the physical buttons, timer knob to increase or decrease the time. I also love the easy to read full size display menu. The other models may have a smaller display without physical buttons or knobs -- you must hit a button to cycle through the options in order to see all the settings.

Je suis un gros consommateurs de sorbet. Et enfin un appareil a prix abordable facile a utiliser. J'ai téléchargé la notice en français sur Internet et le fonctionnement et beaucoup plus facile. Je recommande vivement.
