HVAC Professional Wished the tool was as solid as customer service
At first glance it was a good value. Feels sturdy in the hand and seems solid. Used this tool about a dozen times for tightening 1/4"-3/4" flares for refrigerant connections. No torque setting has been used that comes close to the max rating of this tool. On the last use, tool was set for 83 Nm and made it to 40Nm before the adjustable jaws gave up and broke into two pieces rending the tool useless. Customer service offered two solutions, talk to tech support or request to return unit for a refund. I chose the refund and am off to find a replacment.

Over all I am happy with the torque wrench. It is easy to set can retain several different settings. My one big dislike of the unit is the screen. When you are outside in the light is is very hard to see. I have to go back into the garage when I need to change settings.

Batteries delivered with the product were depleted already when receiving the torque wrench. Changing the batteries was so difficult that i ended up destroying the battery compartment, which rendered the wrench unusable.

I’m not a fool, but this torque wrench made me feel as such.
I worked in tech support for a few years, and trying to figure out this stupid tool has driven me slightly nuts. The UI and menu suck so bad it’s hard to put into words. Why the hell is it so hard to use.

The display is flimsy and the manual is useless.
Another Chinese POS.
Wouldn´t trust these with any part i care about.
Threw them in the dumpster and found the good old mechaical wrenches again.
