This machine is very simple to use, jut plug in, fill with water and push the button. However, it's not very powerful and barely cleans my mouth guard. It does, however, clean my husband's guard. I think the difference is that his is that very thin, clear plastic (invisalign) whereas mine is a heavier, molded rubber guard. So I then decided to clean my silver jewelry in it (no stones). It did absolutely nothing to clean my earrings. Is there a solution I'm supposed to use, other than water?? I don't know. But overall, I would say this purchase was a waste of money, unfortunately.

Doesn't go a good job cleaning.

I really wanted to like this. It was quiet and it was a real ultrasonic cleaner, not one that just made a noise and didn't have any cavitation. I have had several different ultrasonic cleaners including a Vevor one, and know what to look for and this one really did work. That's the good news. The bad news is it stopped working after using it 4 times. The good news was the money was refunded right away with no hassle. I ordered a different model to replace mine. You know, "once bitten".

1- il faut un savon et non juste de l'eau. Ne fonctionne pas sur l'argenterie ni les bijoux trop sales. Ne nettoie pas sous les diamants. J'ai voulu un remboursement et après 4 jours je recois ce message: Merci de votre patience. Suite à votre commentaire, voici la réponse : Les machines de nettoyage à ultrasons utilisées avec des produits de nettoyage conventionnels ne peuvent éliminer que la poussière, la graisse et autres saletés superficielles. Par conséquent, les diamants peuvent être nettoyés. Les éléments illustrés sont en métal et ont été oxydés chimiquement au fil du temps. Ils ne sont pas considérés comme des saletés superficielles. Pour les nettoyer, vous devez utiliser un solvant corrosif spécialisé pour graver chimiquement la couche d'oxyde superficielle. Merci de votre compréhension. Not happy, suspected there was foul play here. Never received order & in process of trying to get my money back through my bank! Will never use this company again

This cleaner just has a vibrator in it and isn't much is why it doesn't cost much. I tried many different times to get the jewelry cleaner to do as well as I can with some basic things around the house.
