Nunca llego. Supuestamente estaba en mi ciudad a la espera de que lo pusieran en reparto.
Se cambio el estado del envio a devuelto como si yo lo hubiera rechazado. Llame a la empresa de reparto y me dijo que nunca llego a mi ciudad. Me gustaria saber como reclamar.

They twist and bend with hardly any weight on it, including sagging which is causing close contact to other surfaces, one side locks at the halfway point and other side doesn’t, making it inconvenient and annoying to deal with.

I have 3 drawers I built in the back of my truck. The other 2 drawer slides just like this one work perfectly. Solid and hold plenty of weight with ease. This set had a rod that disengages the lock that holds the drawer open not attached properly so after loading the drawer and going to close it, I pushed the lever and it was sliding so I continued pushing the drawer in and it slammed to a halt halfway in destroying the catch that locks it open. I just looked to see what the warranty is since they are brand new and apparently there is absolutely no warranty unless you purchase one at checkout. If not for having 0 warranty time (I would have assumed at least 30 days) I would have given them 5 stars as the other 2 sets work perfectly fine.

Really bad experience came damaged sent in photos asked for a replacement ordered a fan at the same time that didnt even show up after its saying delivered and didnt even care to complain ill just buy another fan but these drawer rails are needed to finish a job and i cant even get customer service to do or say anything other then please send more pictures then send more pics of box like wtf send another god damn rail. Like who wants to take advantage of you for a 50 product. I sent you pics of a broken half there rail the other half never even came with it not my problem but you should really consider taking peoples word instead of asking for more pictures very disappointing not good business pratice to completely disregard someones pleas to send another product instead of asking for pictures.
