Received struck crane I ordered parts missing try.

Bought a truck crane shipping destroyed the box re taped it still holes lost parts t Trying to recover the parts has turned into a nightmare 6 days still trying they I guess decided they did not need customer service so we can text with an AI picture who contributes to ask the same questions day after day at no point have they connected me with there specialist just AI picture I firmly believe this so they can $5 me to death they have no or no way to contact a costumer service this turned out to be the crane from hell Just some help to get the parts I paid for is all I want
