So before you guys even purchase this acknowledge the fact that you have to go out of your way get the refactoring cement and you have to apply this to that ceramic mat. Also I'm not sure it is actually made for the temperatures it can actually reach. The reason I say this is the top start to melt and turn into a bowl versus a lid. The overall device is all right but they used some s***** I mean crappy metal for the vessel. I may actually have to send this thing back because I don't want the vessel to up and fail on me when I've got gas flowing. Not to mention two lines generally means you may want to get a larger tank.

Decent burner, thin shell, only an unhardened layer of some version of ceramic wool for insulation. My home built unit cost less and is better built than this. Not sure I trust it to melt brass.

Ordered this to replace my Vevor 6kg furnace. When it got here I realized is was the same size furnace with a bigger crucible and less insulation. The only differences were that it was stainless instead of plain steel and had two small burners instead of one big one. The worst part was that I argued with VEVOR for over a week about taking it back even though I was paying for shipping. The finally gave me $100.00 to keep it and I sold it on FB to recover the rest.

It’s really easy to use but the length and temperature is not accurate. I must have had it running with both propane furnaces open for around an hour and it never got hot enough to melt aluminum. I eventually just turned it off because I didn’t want to blow through a perfectly good propane tank. I tried again on another day for 30 minutes and still only turned the aluminum to ash. Disappointed. Melts pewter super fast but so does a heat gun lol.

Charged to 100%, tried to start my F350, it did absolutely nothing. I drug out my old jump pack and the old one worked just fine. Normally Vevor knocks it out of the park, not so much with this.

Wir haben das Gerät Defekt bekommen, nächste Tag Vevor informiert, aber bis das Ersatzteil kam, hat ein Monat gedauert, einmal ich habe Info bekommen, dass Ersatzteil im Lager ist, ich muss noch kurz warten, nach paar Tagen ich bekomme eine Anfrage von China, wegen Zollgebühren.... och das war peinlich. Ich glaube nie wieder über Vevor, dann besser direkt Alibaba.... Viel billiger und nicht kompliziert... LG Kirvis

This product is made of poor material. Used it 2 times to melt copper and the crucible fell all to pieces. Pure garbage. I tried to get Vevor to just replace the crucible and it has been like an act of congress. Trying to get a refund now. Nay end up having to file a dispute with my credit card. Not a pleasant experience

This item seems like a pretty good buy. Haven't used it yet but I've bought a lot of tools/implements, plus I own an auto electrical shop so I recognize it's made fairly well. What I have an issue with is Vevor sent me a defective wire stripper and now they want to send me parts and have me repair it. Just give me a refund. Like I want to keep an item that never worked right and stopped working after a couple of minutes? Do better Vevor.

I never received my melting furnace due to the delivery people delivered it to the wrong address.
