Don't, just don't. Stopped working without warning after 2 weeks. Spent days trying to reach support, was told via chat someone would get in touch in 24 - 48 hrs. That didn't happen. No one ever answers at the phone number. Them 5 days later i get an email offering me 20$ compensation. The system broke before 30 days and defiantly before the warranty.

Funciona bien y con potencia, instalación rápida y sencilla, compartimentos para masa filtrante algo pequeños y de poca calidad, pero está bien si quieres poner diferentes tipos de material filtrante , complementos completos aunque el limpiador de superficie mete aire en el filtro, así que mejor no ponerlo, algo que me pareció interesante, la UV, pero está al contrario de lo aconsejable, a la entrada y no a la salida, para encenderla mejor después de unos meses o después de unos días de echar bacterias, sino, matara todo lo que entre y no se colonizara de esas bacterias ta necesarias, me lo he quedado como segundo filtro, pero no lo volvería a comprar.

I bought two, one works fine, the other doesn't

It does the job so far. I clean it up every 2 week and that seem to keep the water clean. With that said there are quite a few things I don't like in this filter. This clasp design on both sides is a pain. One of them will always get on the way when you're trying to remove the pump module. The rotor cover is hard to remove and put back in alignment properly. The fixing suction cups just a pure garbage, they don't hold, I replaced them with my own the next day. The water flow was not that impressive, it creates a flow, but definitely not enough to create proper circulation. Put it in some shallow container, because even with the closed valves some water will spill over and can damage the floor. One of my hose shut off valve is not perfect either, some water is dripping even in closed position. Anyhow, it is useable for now considering the price point, but I would prefer a better quality filter next time.

These filters are good but the other option on the site are night and day better. Have two of these and four of the other of different sizes and wish I just got the other ones instead.

This is a very nice little canister filter. It comes with everything you need to set it up (including the biomedia). My only complaint is that the UV light stopped working after 3 weeks.

So this is a really easy set up and stuff for a regular fist tank. Obviously from the title I have a turtle. I have a 70 gallon tank and it’s filled roughly about half way so like 35/40 gallons. I have an adult yellow belly slider. I got this In hopes that it would be as good as my last one. It is not. It cannot stand up against the turtles waste output. My prior filter from a diff company would make the water spotless. The water pressure on the outtake is lower than I anticipated. It’s overall a good system but not right for turtles. Also wasn’t a fan of the intake tubes. Made it hard to try and adapt so it was a single pipe not two. Wasn’t made to be adapted or changed which is inconvenient for I was looking to make the tank quiet, The water intake pipe my turtle keeps like attacking and it just isn’t suited for her. My last filter died that’s why I bought this one. Not sure if I need to go up in canister filter strengths or just switch back to the old brand. I feel like for fish this would be a fine filter though. Haven’t decided on my next move but always looking for input and ideas. Good brand for fish. Probably

I do not recommend this product. It is junk. I would not buy it again.

Waiting to see if they make things right, as of now I wouldn’t bother unless you like spending 100+ dollars every year on a new filter.
